Is Your Head in the Clouds?

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.17 Then we who are alive, who remain, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.

Is your head in the clouds? I believe Jesus is coming soon in the clouds with a shout and take the dead and then us as scripture says. When I think on heavenly things such as the Lord coming back it gives me an assurance that my heavenly home is done and ready for me. Jesus said this in John 14:2 In My Father’s house are many rooms; if that were not so, I would have told you, because I am going there to prepare a place for you.3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I am coming again and will take you to Myself, so that where I am, there you also will be.4 And you know the way where I am going.”

When we look in the Bible and study the Bible it is awesome how much assurance, strength, hope, and peace we can experience. So why don't we read the Bible? Some say laziness. Some say we have no urgency. Some say we think it does apply to today's world. Some only get their Bible through secondary sources (mistake). If you just read the scriptures I have listed above it reminds us that Jesus IS coming again and also that Jesus Himself has been preparing a place for us.

So if you get to feeling low and your hope level is down quite a bit, just get your head in the clouds by reading the above scriptures and let Jesus lift your countenance and give you the joy He meant for you to experience. There will be Joy in the Morning and you can count on it!

Do you store some of your memory from your computer in The Cloud? Jesus has reminded us again and again that our hope comes through a cloud. Allow God to refresh your spiritual memory about the coming of Jesus and be reminded that He will be coming soon. Maybe today. Until then keep your head looking at the clouds.
