A.I.?

We have seen the desire for knowledge take it's place in our way of thinking and in our world, but the latest attempt really takes the prize. Aritificial Intelligence. I call it "LMT or lazy man thinking" and it has taken our world by storm. The human mind is an endless desert of thoughts to "figure out" life, and there are some good things that come from the mind, but usually wisdom is not one of them. Knowledge is information in, process that information, and then make conclusions from that processing. True wisdom only comes from the Word of God, because it is flawless, or otherwise known, as perfect. Our knowledge is "passed down knowledge" as derived from human conclusions that are based on humanistic principles that are flawed at best. Wisdom is found in the Living Word of God and we find that by studying who God is and what He wants, which we call God's Will.

To find this wisdom and learn to trust it is vital to the whole process, and total faith in God has to be a prerequisite activity, but that should be easy for people who are born again in the Spirit, because the Spirit in us responds and connects with God's Spirit and we find a faith that relies on God's Word, the Bible. The important element of the whole thing is single-minded faith and our stability is based on that kind of faith. James said it this way in James 1:5 If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. 6 But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. 7 Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do.

The number one thing we lack in our world IS wisdom, and the basic decision making we see in our world is flawed at its core. That is why you hear someone take a stand for something ungodly and that stand defies any true wisdom, and you say, "How can someone think that way?" Certain morality we see on tv shows or movies can creep in to our thinking about what is right and what is wrong and all of a sudden we start seeing life like those crazy people we don't understand. The Word of God deals with this compromised way of looking at life in Romans 12: 2 Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. This kind of life is a "must" for those who are born again because to compromise the process of sanctification will result in living a double-minded life, which is a little of the world and a little of the Bible. WRONG!!

There is even some of this flawed teaching in organizations that call themselves churches, but they don't line up with the full teaching of the Word of God. The witness to a lost and dying world is that the Christian faith is weak and not very powerful, and that is because worldliness has invaded and been accepted as right, but that is wrong. The Lord's church must never adhere to teachings of the world and thus compromise the very truth they preach. This begins in the individual believer and their pursuit of God's wisdom, and in that pursuit they see a clear picture of righteousness that has been provided by God to all believers. Their stand for the pure truth of the Word of God will distance them from "fakes" who allow the world's knowledge to be their wisdom, when that falls apart then they are dissatisfied and soon drop out of fellowship with any church. In 2 John we get an indication how important it is to distance ourselves from the "fakes" and pursue God as He leads us to. 2 John 1: 7 For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist. 8 Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. 9 Anyone who goes too far and does not remain in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who remains in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting; 11 for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.

Don't accept everything that calls itself "intelligence" because it will be flawed if it does not line up with God's Word and the end of traveling that road will lead to destruction. Since we are in the "end times" these types of teachings will be something you have to deal with on a daily basis, so it is imperative that you immerse yourself in the Word of God so you can fight the desire to follow all of this Artificial Intelligence. I just desire the "real stuff", and that is the truth of the Word of God. Take a stand in your personal convictions to ask, seek, and knock and you will find God lavishes His truth to those who pursue it. It's right there in The Book. The Word of God.
